Configuration wizard base class.

Create wizard.

You have to set a propgator with setPropagator() later.

KConfigWizard::KConfigWizard (  KConfigPropagator *  propagator,
QWidget *  parent = 0,

Create wizard for given KConfigPropagator.

The wizard takes ownership of the propagator.
