PosixSignalDispatcher	Note: The signal dispatcher will not interfere with any signals for which there are no signal handlers attached
PosixSignalDispatcher::CannotAttachHandler	Exception thrown when AttachHandler() fails due to a runtime error
PosixSignalDispatcher::CannotDetachHandler	Exception thrown when DetachHandler() fails due to a runtime error
PosixSignalHandler	Gets a method called when the corresponding signal is received
SerialPort	Note: This class attaches a handler to the SIGIO signal to detect the data arriving at a serial port
