                                             const gchar *capability);

Queries the kiosk object for a given capability and returns TRUE if the current user has the capability, else FALSE.

`kiosk` :	A XfceKiosk.
`capability` :	The name of the capability to check.
Returns :	`TRUE` if the current user has the `capability`, else `FALSE`.

Frees the kiosk object.
